Special EFX is a local boutique that specializes in hair/Bare Escentuals...I.D. makeup and has now branched out to clothing, gifts, jewelry and some small furnishings. The store is in the old downtown part of Oroville on Montgomery Street. It sits near Greenline Cycle and the Red Fly.
